last day of fall semester...

guess what, i`ve just finished my intermediate translation paper... just a few minutes ago! phewww... and that spells, HOLIDAYS!!!

okay, before i go on, since i havent blogged for a really long while so let do some updating...

grace & charlene was in town
hoped that they`re not bored lah coz nagoya is really nothing (tsumaranai) compared to the hustling bustling osaka city!
brought them to the super yummy miso katsudon shop nagoya is famous for its miso, aka miso to be exact (red miso) the sauce is really yummy, we dont have that kind of flavour in malaysian food, the closest i can think of is the chee cheong fun sauce, and yet it`s different lah

my exams start and end today! had 2papers lah, japanese language in the morning and translation in the afternoon! as for the other papers, i`ve submitted my final report lah. my title of my survey is `the graying society of japan: gerontology & geriatics` just a lil short report lah. i can foresee more of these reports coming next spring semester... and longer reports too! well, bring it on!

later we`re having this party for all the foreign students lah... it is sort of like a year end party, all our teachers and professors will be there too...

and tonight, hahah! this will be the highlight of the day! yukiko, yu-ting and i will be going to this japanese `sake` bar, or known as the `izakaya` for dinner lah... coz, yukiko will be leaving for tienjin, china next year lah... sort of like our very own year end party, `bou nen kai` (forget-the-year party). nah, i dont wanna forget year 2004, lots of things and important events in my life took place this particular year eh!

and tomorrow, we`ll be going to the nagoya port area for a ride on the ferris wheel at night! will be making a trip down to the port again for fireworks display on christmas eve since NICA doesnt have any programmes on the eve. Read bout the 40minutes fireworks display in the nagoya calender... so, since i wont be around next summer, thought of making a trip there during christmas lah!

christmas carols being played over the radio stations alot these days... it`s just sad that i wont be able to `be home for christmas` lah... lots of people leaving the country, flyin home for christmas... aww... no worries, i have family here too! spending christmas NICA style this year! yayay! will go christmas shoppin this sunday after church! as expected, some of ya may say! i know this is a bit late but, better late than never, right?

on monday, we`ll have our `bou nen kai` at kojima residence, yoshida-san from the UFJ bank will be joinin us lah! we`re supposed to get a 300yen worth present, yup, gift exchange lah... what else? takde idea baru lah... oh ya, this reminds me of my ex-housemates! heh, still doin it this year?
